This model features the same construction as the 2025AW model -1012-, but with a square lens shape reminiscent of the "crab-eye" jigs used in factories. It's a rough and cheap-looking piece, like a vintage Hilton Classic or a 70's German style.

Mismatched in a good way with that aesthetic is the sharp and dynamic-looking endpiece. Carved from a titanium block, it has a powerful presence reminiscent of the 40s and 50s vintage pieces also handled by AFTER. Since it is sandblasted to eliminate cutting marks, even models with glossy frame colors have textured endpieces.

The three-dimensional depth is also interesting, with a bridge that looks pointed from above but not so much from the front, and temples that curve subtly while varying in width.
