1006 Sunglasses

The design source for these sunglasses comes from those worn in the 90s by a member of a recently reformed British rock band, highly respected by our design team.

They feature an oval lens shape, characteristic of that era, and slightly wide metal temples.

The rims incorporate the "TV-RIM" developed for the 2019AW model [215]. This component, inspired by cathode ray tube TVs, is extremely difficult to manufacture, as it requires engraving lines with a 0.2mm pitch on the sloped inner surface of the rim.

The sunglasses use original "4-curve lenses" made of Japanese glass, where the color is mixed by blending metal particles and other substances, then individually molded after melting.
