This is a Ref. 1802 Day-Date with a beautifully aged gold smooth bezel.
While a smooth bezel is rare enough, this particular piece features what is known as a "Claw dial," named for its claw-like indices that were only seen in the early 1960s, making it the coolest specification among vintage Day-Dates.
Another interesting detail is the luminous material hidden beneath the three-dimensional indices.
It comes with a rare 18k bracelet, which has garnered attention in recent years.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to find good quality pieces with bracelets.
