This is the Day-Date Ref. 1803/9, also known as the President Watch.
It is exclusively made of 18K gold and platinum, and earned its name because it was worn by American presidents.
This particular model is a third-generation Day-Date, manufactured until the 1970s.
It features a rare non-luminous dial, giving it a very clean look.
Since there's no luminescence, the dial condition is excellent, with no noticeable blemishes even under a loupe.
Both the hands and indices are made of white gold, with the 6 and 9 o'clock markers being a "doorstop" style.
