Second-generation Datejust
1,280,000 JPY
This Ref. 6605 is the second generation in the long history of the Datejust.
It is a rare model produced for a short period, from around 1956 to 1959.
It features classic specifications such as wedge-shaped indexes, alpha hands, and a framed calendar disk.
The bezel is an engine-turned bezel, giving it a sportier impression than a coin-edge bezel.
Another key point is its clean appearance due to the absence of luminous material.
Perhaps because there is no radium luminous material, the dial is not rough and remains in good condition.
It is fitted with a US-made Jubilee bracelet.
