This is an early model of the OYSTER DATE, Ref. 6494.
It retains the rare red and black roulette calendar unique to the 50s.
The alpha hands are a good match for the beautiful dial condition, which is exceptional for a 50s watch.
Although the bracelet is from a later period, its straight end links match this particular piece well.
