This is a 1941 Flat Back model.
It is called Flat Back because its case back is flat due to its hand-wound movement, as opposed to the Bubble Back, which had a domed case back to accommodate an automatic movement in the 1930s.
This particular model features a rare all-Arabic numeral dial with small seconds on a powdery white dial.
The case is in remarkably good condition for a 1940s watch.
It is fitted with striking blue Big Pencil hands.
