This is a Datejust with a "Galaxy dial" that gives it a galaxy-like appearance.
Over time, the red undercoat has become exposed, and while it was originally a black dial, it now has a very interesting, almost brown core-like, patina.
The mirror dial still retains its unique luster, and the luminous material is perfectly intact, making this a very well-preserved piece that has undergone a "galaxy" transformation while maintaining excellent condition.
It is fitted with a rolled Oyster bracelet from a similar era, giving this Datejust the look of a sports model.
