This is an 18k solid gold Datejust "Ref. 1601/8" from 1977.
Many blue dial models tend to show damage over time for some reason, but this particular piece, being a later model, maintains a very beautiful condition.
It comes with a complete set of accessories including the outer box, inner box, warranty card, and passport case, indicating it has been carefully used.
While many solid gold cases have become thin from excessive polishing, this one retains its very natural original shape.
It is fitted with a Swiss Jubilee bracelet, and although there is some stretch, it should not be too noticeable when worn.
This is a rare good condition blue dial, and a complete set with the bracelet.
